We ship worldwide.
Orders are processed within 3-5 days to be shipped. Once processed, orders are shipped Monday – Friday during business hours. Any orders placed after business hours on Friday or Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Items are shipped via Canada Post. At the moment tracking is unavailable for orders. Shipping costs are calculated by the weight and location the item will be shipped to. We are not responsible for any import fees that incur upon the arrival of the package.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange apparel items for up to 30 days after your original purchase date. To return or exchange an apparel item, it must be unused, in its original condition upon receiving it, and in its original packaging (hang tags attached). Orders beyond the 30 day-limit are not eligible for a return or exchange. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com.
When returning or exchanging an item, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, the process time will vary based on your location.
In case of return/exchange and the hang tag ribbon breaks, please secure the hang tag with the provided safety pin to the item. Thank you.
Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not available for print items. However, if your print item arrives in a damaged condition, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
